Sales tax does not apply to private sellers, dealers, and wholesale jewelers. Tax ID’s, AML, and Resale Certificates must be provided upon purchasing.
Sales tax will be applied respective to each state for those who are not in the trade.

All transactions are confidential and under no circumstances will it be sold or shared with other parties. Any information provided is exclusively used for your transaction with Halle’s Jewels.
The content on our website is to keep users informed and it is subject to change at any time without notice. We shall not be held liable for any updates, modifications, revisions or discontinuance of any of our services and/or pieces.
We work to the best of our knowledge to provide an accurate description of each piece. If a price or description of a piece is listed incorrectly due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for these products. If your card has already been charged for the item, we will immediately provide you with credit to your account.
The following terms will be used to categorize the condition of each piece.
New: Never been used or worn.
Excellent: Like new condition, with almost no wears.
Very good: Slightly worn.
Good: Wear is consistent with the age of piece.
Fair: Significant wear is noticeable.
Poor: Excessively worn.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Bank Wire Transfers & Electronic Deposits are accepted on orders of $750 or more.

Checks must be made payable to Halle’s Jewels and may take up to 10 business days to clear. Please do not request rush shipment on these items since payments must be cleared before an item can be shipped.
If we are purchasing from you, payments will be made by either check, wire transfer, electronic deposit, or paypal.
Halle’s Jewels cannot ship to PO boxes
FROM US TO YOU
Purchased pieces will be shipped as soon as the payment is cleared. Since we fully insure each piece all the way to you, your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we require ID and signature upon arrival regardless of any signature waivers you may have with your shipping service. We are no longer liable once the package is signed for.
FROM YOU TO US
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Any product shipped MUST be insured and double boxed for security NO EXCEPTIONS. Products must be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Product must be in same condition as described upon receipt, the item will be carefully inspected and documented.
Halle’s Jewels does not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges of unaltered items within 14 days of receiving the item accompanied by the original sales invoice.
A merchandise credit will be issued (valid for 1 year) if your jewelry is in need of repair due to a manufacturer defect, and a replacement piece is unavailable.
The item must arrive to us for evaluation before we process any exchanges, and must be in original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
All custom and altered pieces are excluded from our Return Policy.
Any shipping and/or credit card transaction fees will NOT be refunded, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we suggest that you ship the item using a delivery service that insures the value of the item, and requires a signature at time of receiving (USPS, FedEx, UPS) (See Shipping Policy).
